Objectives

With the youth exchange, we want to reach young people and their needs, because on the one hand we have seen how powerful a tool youth exchanges are for young people, how important we can influence them with help, the relationship that is created during these exchanges and the time we spend together and of course addressed topics of exchange. This social capital gives us the power to make changes even later after the exchange, if we add to this all the other positive effects on young people, informal knowledge and the prevention of discrimination and xenophobia, self-awareness, different cultures, the importance of sports activities for better well-being, socializing and reasoning new acquaintances and social ties. Increasing dependence on electronic media, alienation, physical inactivity, bad eating habits and consequently a drastic decrease in self-esteem of individuals, mental problems, eating disorders, deterioration of manual and other skills, social contacts and, last but not least, the loss of young people have contributed a lot to this. in today's time and aimlessness, because everything is "irrelevant". We realized that all these are just defense mechanisms of young people due to the fear of failure. Also, in our countries we meet many migrants and young people who are looking for self-affirmation and therefore join various subcultures (which are very present on various forums and social networks), which are nationalistically oriented and spread hatred and discrimination with the so-called "fake news" with which they mislead young people who are not critical and only know how to filter information and analyze it. That's why we want to give our young people this experience to get to know other cultures, customs and meet young people from all over the world who have the same problems as them, have fears, worries and also want to be loved and accepted. In addition, during the exchange, we will pay a lot of attention to prevention and teaching young people how to recognize the so-called "fake news" and get to know the psychological model behind it, so that they will understand how someone can manipulate them. These are the problems we identified with the partner organizations at our previous youth exchange. We also perceive the problem of the use of pesticides in agriculture and the lack of self-sufficiency and nature-friendly agriculture. We found that we face the same problems of the young people we work with and the problems in our countries. At the previous exchange, we were able to see for ourselves about this issue, but now we have decided to address these topics in the new exchange and only use this for concrete work with young people in the future. Both of our partners recognized the youth exchange as a valuable tool for working with young people and, as a result, their influence on the community and the values of the society where we live and work. The youth exchange or goals will be divided into three areas: 1.) A sustainable and environmentally friendly lifestyle with as little waste as possible, a clean environment with learning about non-invasive and nature-friendly agriculture and food production throughout the year. 2.) The importance of activities in nature for well-being, social relations and strengthening of the personality traits of individuals, control of emotions, strengthening the importance of communication, tolerance and acceptance of differences and prevention of addiction. 3.) Recognition of danger and psychological mechanisms of the socalled "fake news" on young people and society, and what purpose is behind it. We believe that this project will be very useful for all project participants, for project partners, as well as for our local environments, from which our partners and we come. The "Green we love" project will thus unite 3 organizations and 32 participants who are very concerned about the mentioned topic and want to learn much more about it. The partners and young participants of the last exchange suggested that within the project, together with the youth leaders, they would develop innovative ideas for reducing waste and ideas on how to make other residents of our cities aware of it, and above all, that a campaign be made in each of the countries after the exchange "Wake it's fake", where young people would be warned about the danger of this "fake" news. All our organizations have been working in the field of youth, upbringing and education for a very long time, but above all we work with young people from vulnerable groups, for whom such projects are particularly important, because in their lives they have not been given many opportunities to succeed in everyday life, they have poor financial position in the families in which they live and would not even be able to afford these activities and experiences. For most of them, this will be their first trip abroad, so the project is even more important for them.
