Objectives

We want to offer a safe space to explore topics related to what it means to be a woman, what attitudes, beliefs, expectations, prejudices and knowledge exist regarding a woman, her body and health, and how this differs in different social spaces. To establish a more supportive, healthy and inclusive attitude towards women and their bodies, the importance of a positive attitude towards one's own body and expression will be presented, and we will also share some practices for maintaining physical and mental health. Because we believe that our lives (health, thinking, acting) are closely connected to the environment in which we live, we want to increase understanding of the key role of nature in maintaining the well-being and health of the individual and the wider society, and through this also influence the development of different attitudes and behaviors towards the environment. The exchange focuses on four goals: 1. Raising awareness and questioning traditional roles of women: we want to raise awareness of the expectations that society imposes on women, and provide a space to address taboo topics (e.g. menstruation, sexuality) and to confront feelings related to the female body. We then want to offer them a space to explore and express their authentic inner nature; passions, desires, talents, sources of strength. 2. Mental and physical well-being: by promoting a loving attitude towards the female body and accepting the diversity of its shapes, sizes and expressions, we want to contribute to the mental and physical health of young people. 3. Deeper connection with nature: by working in nature, we want to promote awareness of nature as a source of empowerment and inspiration and through this strengthen their motivation to act differently and have a more sustainable relationship with nature. 4. Digitalization: we will introduce them to ways to critically evaluate online content on this topic and together create a set of online sources of authentic information. Together we will also create a short video film on the topic of the project content.
