By implementing the project, we will encourage youth workers in youth centres with less empowerment, but sufficient motivation, to apply for projects within the E+ and ESE programmes. The aim of the project is to increase the volume of new projects applied within the E+ and ESE programmes in youth centres in the participating partner countries. At the same time, we will build a smaller but solid network of involved organisations, which will in the future cooperate in joint project planning within the programmes. The more detailed objectives of our project are: - to motivate and empower youth workers to prepare and implement E+ and ESE projects, - to increase the number of applications for E+ and ESE programmes, - to contribute to the general visibility of youth work and the E+ and ESE programmes, among youth centres and young people, - to build a partnership network of international organisations among youth centres and youth centre support organisations, - to define new and innovative project ideas based on increasing youth participation, international mobility and bringing young people closer to the EU and its values.
