Through this project we aim to strengthen the quality, innovation, and visibility of youth work within the participating organizations. The main goal is to develop youth workers’ competences in including young people with fewer opportunities, applying art and creative methods as tools in youth work, and reinforcing open youth work in different contexts. A special focus is on sharing good practices among partners – from graphic design and artistic methods (Croatia), inclusion of young people from rural areas (Romania, Spain), integrating non-formal education into school systems (Poland, Portugal), to open youth work (Slovenia, Italy). This will enable youth workers to be better equipped for their work in local communities and to create more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable activities for young people.
