The main goal of our project is to empower young people to become active, environmentally conscious citizens through experiential learning, intercultural exchange, and creative collaboration. From the perspective of youth work, we aim to: - Raise awareness of biodiversity and environmental responsibility by engaging participants in hands-on activities such as building bug hotels, planting meadows, and learning about invasive species and sustainable practices. - Promote non-formal learning and personal development through creative workshops, outdoor games, music, and art, allowing young people to explore their strengths, express themselves, and learn in a supportive environment. - Strengthen intercultural understanding and cooperation by bringing together youth from different countries to share their cultures, traditions, and perspectives through cultural evenings and collaborative tasks. - Support inclusion and equal participation and ensuring that everyone feels safe, respected, and valued throughout the project. - Develop key youth work competences such as teamwork, leadership, communication, creativity, and problem-solving, which are essential for active participation in society and future engagement in youth organizations. - Encourage long-term engagement in youth work and environmental action by inspiring participants to bring new ideas and tested activities back to their local communities and organizations. Through this project, we aim to create a meaningful learning experience that goes beyond the mobility itself and contributes to the personal growth of each participant and the development of youth work practices in all partner organizations.
