With the AIDEA Lab project, we want to transform young people from passive technology users into active, digitally skilled creators and entrepreneurs, prepared for the challenges of the 21st century. Our first objective is to increase their digital and AI literacy, provide them with a basic understanding of AI and its ethical aspects, and teach them to think critically about technology. At the same time, we will focus on developing entrepreneurship and employability skills, equipping them with practical abilities from idea generation to presentation (pitching). Strengthening inclusion and active participation is key for us, with the goal of involving at least 60% of young people with fewer opportunities and teaching them to use digital tools to solve community problems. Lastly, we want to increase the capacities of the partner organisations, modernise their methodologies, and strengthen their competences in the field of innovative digital youth work.
