The project “Youth on the Path of Slovak Stories” promotes youth participation in small communities through non-formal education and volunteering. We cooperate with schools, CDRs, and local action groups (MAS) to provide participants with tools for active citizenship and addressing community challenges. Main objectives: promoting civic engagement (80% of participants involved in activities about local governance), fostering volunteering (60% create community micro-projects), boosting self-confidence (70% complete training in self-presentation and teamwork), connecting with municipalities and MAS (each participant joins discussions with local representatives), and inclusion of youth from CDRs (at least 30 actively engaged). The project enables young people to transform ideas into real activities, develop skills, strengthen volunteering initiatives, and become active citizens.
