Objectives

This project has been designed to support the personal, social, cultural and physical development of young people. In terms of youth work practice, the project aims to provide participants with experience-based, active and participatory learning opportunities rather than simply imparting knowledge. 1. Supporting Personal Development: Strengthening teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills. Increasing participants' self-confidence and sense of responsibility. Ensuring young people actively participate in their own learning processes through non-formal learning methods. 2. Physical Activity and Healthy Living: Encouraging young people to develop regular physical activity habits. Supporting both physical and mental health through sports and traditional games. To encourage participants to spread a culture of sport and healthy living within their own communities. 3. Cultural Awareness and Cultural Heritage: To provide opportunities to experience cultural diversity through traditional games, sports and cultural workshops. To reduce prejudices, strengthen intercultural dialogue and awareness of European identity. Ensuring participants gain awareness about the preservation and transmission of cultural heritage. 4. Social Participation and Inclusion: Increasing social cohesion by involving young people from different socio-economic backgrounds in the project. Developing a sense of volunteering and active participation in local communities. To create social impact by enabling participants to organise multiplier events in their own communities. 5. European Youth Policies and Values: To offer participants the opportunity to experience inclusiveness, solidarity, democratic participation and European values. To produce good practice examples and materials that will contribute to youth work practice at national and European level. In line with these objectives, the project will not only offer a short-term learning experience but will also aim to have long-term, tangible and measurable impacts on young people's daily lives and communities. Thus, a participant-centred, inclusive and sustainable learning process will be established in line with youth work practice.
