As the Denizli Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, we have previously implemented various projects and activities focused on combating youth unemployment, digital content production, and social media use. We continue to work in this area. In line with the needs we have identified, we aim to contribute more to youth work by collaborating with other partners in Europe working on youth unemployment, similar to ours, to ensure more effective work with young people in improving and developing youth unemployment. Through this youth exchange, we aim to bring together organizations and youth groups working in this field through video production. By supporting intercultural learning processes, we aim to enable young people to develop both themselves and their communities through shared learning, sharing experiences, and solidarity in combating youth unemployment. Objectives: 1) In the youth exchange program, we aim to support economically disadvantaged young people in their efforts to combat unemployment after graduation, increase their employability, and ensure their social inclusion. 2) In the youth exchange program, we aim to develop young people's digital skills and enrich them with the competencies required by the digital age. 3) To strengthen the social cohesion, communication, and entrepreneurial spirit of marginalized and disadvantaged individuals by breaking social prejudices in the youth exchange program. 4) To support intercultural learning processes in the youth exchange program. 5) To encourage young people to express themselves using creative digital media tools in the youth exchange program. 6) To raise environmental awareness among young people by developing environmentally friendly approaches and sustainability awareness in the youth exchange program. 7) To contribute to the creation of a more inclusive and equitable society by empowering young people in economic and social spheres in the youth exchange program. The overall objective of this youth exchange program is to increase young people's employability, strengthen their digital and social skills, and contribute to the development of a more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable society through intercultural learning, in order to find solutions to our needs with our European partners working to combat youth unemployment.
