The project aims to support young people in their personal, social, and digital development, while also enhancing their awareness of migration, social inclusion, and intercultural understanding. Through interactive workshops, group projects, and digital learning methods, participants are empowered to use digital tools to foster community and inclusion, improve their communication skills across cultural boundaries, and develop active citizenship. A key aspect is the promotion of teamwork, self-organization, critical thinking, and a sense of responsibility, enabling young people not only to learn from each other, but also to apply and share their acquired skills in local and transnational projects. The project particularly supports young people from disadvantaged backgrounds by providing equal opportunities and individualized support, thus promoting sustainable equality of opportunity, social justice, and empowerment.
