The primary objective of the project is to develop young people's educational, social, and digital skills, increase their intercultural awareness, and strengthen participants' motivation to learn. From a youth work perspective, the project is designed to help young people discover their potential, increase their self-confidence, and participate as active citizens by taking responsibility and participating in society. In this context, the project's objectives encompass both individual and group-based outcomes. The primary goal is to develop young people's digital and information skills. Today, digital literacy has become a critical skill for young people to actively participate in their education and social lives. Through workshops, training sessions, and interactive activities, participants will learn to use digital tools effectively and creatively, develop online learning materials, and communicate more effectively in digital collaborative environments. These skills will enhance their academic success and directly contribute to their future professional and social lives. The second goal is to strengthen intercultural learning and social skills. Participants will learn to understand and respect cultural diversity by working with peers from different cultures. Group work, cultural workshops, discussion sessions, and experience-sharing activities will enable young people to develop empathy, communication, and conflict resolution skills. This process will increase young people's awareness of social responsibility, strengthen their social ties, and contribute to their development as individuals open to diverse perspectives. The third goal is to increase participants' learning motivation and self-confidence. The project will provide an environment where young people can express their own ideas, take responsibility, and generate creative solutions. Workshops, team projects, and problem-solving activities will develop young people's leadership, initiative, and decision-making skills, allowing them to discover their own competencies. These learning outcomes will help young people become more active and motivated individuals in their educational lives and take on more active roles in their social lives. The fourth objective is to develop participants' awareness of sustainability and social responsibility. During the project, activities will be implemented to raise awareness of environmental and social issues, and young people will learn ways to contribute to society and the environment, both individually and as a group. This approach will enable participants to make more informed decisions in their daily lives and foster a perspective focused on social benefit. The fifth objective is to disseminate project outcomes and create a sustainable learning process. Participants will share the knowledge and experiences gained throughout the project in their schools and communities, organizing interactive presentations and workshops. Furthermore, through digital materials and reports, project outcomes will be accessible to other young people, teachers, and local communities. This approach will ensure that the project's impact is not limited to the participants alone, but reaches a broad audience and creates long-term benefits.Ultimately, the project's objectives from a youth work perspective include developing participants' digital skills, strengthening their intercultural awareness and social skills, increasing their motivation and self-confidence in learning, fostering a sense of sustainability and social responsibility, and creating long-term impact through the dissemination of project outcomes. All of these objectives will contribute to young people discovering their potential, participating in society as active and responsible individuals, and developing future-ready individuals.
