Objectives

By implementing the project, we aim to achieve a significant transformation and development in youth work practice. The main aim of our project is to develop effective strategies against hate speech and racism and to raise awareness and train youth workers and young people on this issue. We will organize comprehensive training programs and workshops to provide youth workers with in-depth knowledge and skills on hate speech and racism. These trainings will provide information on the effects of hate speech and racism, as well as strategies to deal with these phenomena. We will develop training materials, manuals and digital tools to enable youth workers to use these resources. These materials will be designed to help them deal with hate speech and racism in their daily practice. Through programs and activities specifically designed for young people, we will raise awareness about the negative effects of hate speech and racism. These programs will encourage young people to develop empathy and social responsibility and engage them in activities that will create positive change in society. By organizing interactive workshops and seminars with young people, we will raise their awareness of hate speech and racism and get them actively thinking about these issues. We will disseminate the results of our project to a wide audience through social media campaigns, press releases and public events. These campaigns will raise awareness and have a wide impact on society against hate speech and racism. The flashmob event to highlight the results and impacts of the project will be an effective tool to attract the attention of the community and communicate our message to a wide audience. By sharing the project results and knowledge gained through a wide network, we will provide valuable resources for other organizations and youth workers. We will also encourage continuous updating and dissemination of the project materials. In line with the post-project feedback and monitoring results, we will assess the sustainability and long-term impact of our project. This process will ensure that the gains achieved are preserved and translated into a wider impact. Our project aims to develop an effective approach against hate speech and racism in youth work practice, raise awareness among youth workers and young people and promote social change. To achieve these goals, we will comprehensively implement training, awareness raising, dissemination and sustainability strategies.
