This project aims to strengthen the professional capacities of youth workers by preserving and reinterpreting cultural heritage. By bringing together youth workers from different socio-cultural backgrounds, we aim to enable them to communicate through shared cultural values, share their experiences, and develop creative learning methods. Within the scope of the project, we aim to develop youth workers' knowledge, skills, and attitudes regarding cultural heritage areas and to instill a cultural entrepreneurship perspective in activities carried out with young people. In this way, it will be emphasized that youth work is an effective tool not only for social participation and personal development but also for the preservation and transformation of local values. In this context, the main objectives of the project are as follows: - To increase youth workers' awareness of cultural heritage and enable them to bring this theme into the context of youth work, - To strengthen cultural entrepreneurship skills through non-formal learning-based methods, - To develop cooperation between institutions working in the field of cultural heritage in partner countries, - To establish a long-term professional network among youth workers from different countries in line with Erasmus+ quality standards, - Create a chain reaction by integrating the competencies acquired by participants into activities they will carry out with local youth. The project aims to create a learning cycle that will enable youth workers not only to acquire knowledge but also to put this knowledge into practice and produce sustainable youth activities in their own regions.
