Through this project, we aim to strengthen the capacities of youth workers in the fields of climate crisis, sustainability, and environmentally friendly practices. Our main goal is to move youth work beyond individual development and equip it with a socially engaged, innovative, and environmentally conscious perspective. Within the project framework, youth workers will be introduced to eco-friendly methods, zero-waste practices, nature-based solutions, and participatory learning techniques. This will enable them to create environmental awareness among young people, transfer sustainable lifestyle practices, and generate a broader social impact in their daily youth work. The objectives of the project include enhancing youth workers’ environmental awareness, supporting them in developing solution-oriented approaches to climate change, strengthening partnership networks at the European level, and integrating the results into both local and international youth work through dissemination activities. In this way, the project will contribute not only to the personal and professional growth of participants but also to the overall development and resilience of the youth work sector.
