Objectives

By implementing this project, we aim to develop the creative thinking skills of youth workers, raise their awareness of social entrepreneurship, and enable them to use digital tools more effectively and productively in their work with young people. The main objective of the project is to contribute to youth workers who are actively engaged in the field of youth work to develop more innovative, inclusive, and sustainable approaches to respond to changing societal needs. Taking into account the social, cultural, and economic challenges faced by young people, one of the long-term goals of the project is to train youth workers capable of producing creative solutions to these issues. During the project, youth workers will collaborate with peers from different countries, experiencing intercultural learning while also having the opportunity to share and compare practices from their own countries on a European level. Participants will gain knowledge, skills, and attitudes on topics such as creative thinking methods, ways to foster young people's social entrepreneurship potential, and using digital media tools to create social impact. In particular, creative problem-solving approaches such as Design Thinking, SCAMPER, and the Six Thinking Hats will be used to help participants achieve more effective results in the projects they carry out with young people. Another important aim of this project is to ensure that youth workers effectively use recognition tools for non-formal learning, such as Youthpass, enabling them to become aware of their own learning processes while also increasing their capacity to make the learning outcomes of the young people they work with more visible. Furthermore, through the participation of youth workers with fewer opportunities from each country, the project will focus on enhancing their capacity to work with socially excluded groups and on developing strategies to involve these groups more effectively in youth work. In this way, the project will directly contribute to the inclusion and diversity strategies of the Erasmus+ program. The non-formal learning-based methods to be used throughout the project will support active participation, provide experiential learning opportunities, and directly impact skills such as teamwork, empathy, communication, and leadership. In this respect, the project will contribute not only to individual capacity building but also to institutional and sectoral development. As a result, this project will strengthen youth workers' capacity for creative and innovative approaches, improve their ability to develop projects that enhance young people's social participation, and increase the quality, visibility, and impact of youth work across Europe. At the end of the project, the results will be disseminated to reach more youth workers and to share good practices in this field.
