With the ReVision Youth Work project, we aim to strengthen the professional capacities of youth workers, equip them with innovative methods, and develop a more inclusive understanding of youth work. The primary objective of our project is to enable youth workers to acquire new knowledge and skills they can apply in their daily practices, thereby improving the quality of their relationships with young people. To this end, participants will gain experience, particularly in working with disadvantaged groups, developing inclusive education methods, and preparing for crisis situations. At the same time, the project will highlight the innovative and creative aspects of youth work, enabling institutions to reexamine their own activities. This will result in stronger and more effective youth work, both at the individual and institutional levels. The project will also foster collaboration and solidarity among youth workers from different countries; participants will share their cultural contexts and experience a mutual learning process. This process will also contribute to the strengthening of international cooperation networks in youth work and the development of future joint projects. The ReVision Youth Work project aims to enhance the competencies of youth workers, enabling them to conduct higher-quality, inclusive, and innovative work with young people. This approach will provide long-term benefits not only to individual participants but also to their institutions and the young people they serve.
