The main objective of our project, “Digital Detox: Healthy Work-Life Balance for Youth Workers (D.O.S.E.),” is to enable youth workers to combat digital fatigue and strengthen their work-life balance. Our project will contribute to the professional development of participants and the sharing of best practices between institutions while improving the quality of youth work. Developing the Skills of Youth Workers: Participants will learn methods to recognize and manage the effects of excessive exposure to the digital world. They will gain practical skills in work-life balance, time management, and digital detox strategies. Increasing Participants' Reflection and Self-Awareness Capacity: Participants will evaluate their own work habits and digital usage behaviors and will be able to make improvements on a personal and professional level. Quality and Innovation in Youth Work: The project will increase the diversity and quality of methods used in the field of youth work and promote interactive and innovative workshop methods. Participants will enrich local youth work by transferring what they have learned to their own institutions. International Cooperation and Experience Sharing: Participants from different countries will share their experiences and best practices, creating international learning networks. This process will enhance youth workers' intercultural communication and cooperation skills. Sustainable Impact: Participants will implement the methods and materials they acquire at the end of the project as permanent practices within their organizations. The project's outputs will be shared in a way that benefits other youth workers and organizations. In line with these objectives, the aim is to strengthen participants' professional capacity, improve the quality of youth work, and develop sustainable solutions to combat digital fatigue.
