Our project aims to expand the capacities of youth workers, increase collaboration opportunities at the European level, and expand the social inclusion and inclusiveness aspects of sports. The project is built on multidimensional objectives within the framework of Erasmus+ Youth Quality Standards and European Union values, and aims to make concrete contributions to the practice of youth work. Our aim is to enhance the development of youth workers by developing knowledge and skills related to digital tools, sports-based inclusive delivery, and non-formal learning methods. The new methods acquired by participants will strengthen their professional practice in youth programs, enabling young people to acquire practical knowledge that will enable them to respond more effectively. Intercultural dialogue will be established among participants, strengthening democratic values and European citizenship awareness, and strengthening intercultural learning and European identity. Participants will collaborate with young people from different cultures, exploring cultural diversity and transferring this experience to local youth work. Developing new learning methods that combine sports and technology, supported by environmentally friendly and digital tools. Youth workers will conduct more effective work with young people through innovative sports activities, digital learning tools, and practices focused on environmental sustainability. Strengthening international cooperation and networking activities by developing lasting collaborations in the youth field through the sharing of knowledge and experience among partner countries. Participants will develop new projects by establishing partnerships across Europe, thus strengthening the European dimension in youth work. Participants' learning processes will be made visible through Youthpass and achievements will be documented within the context of eight key competencies. Participants will recognize their own development and strengthen their professional identities by demonstrating their professional competencies. Participants will be encouraged to promote environmentally friendly practices in sports activities and increase the ecological literacy of youth workers, supporting environmental sustainability and green youth work. Participants will contribute to the green transformation priority of the Erasmus+ program by adopting environmentally sensitive practices in their work with young people.
