The project aims to re-engage young people in agriculture, strengthen innovative production skills, and contribute to rural development in Bolu. Objectives are: H1 – Attract 100 young people through awareness seminars and a Youth Forum. H2 – Train 25 young participants in technical and entrepreneurship skills, resulting in 5 pilot applications and 10 youth-developed business plans. H3 – Establish a Youth Agricultural Council to involve youth in decision-making. H4 – Promote rural entrepreneurship with 5 innovative youth-led business models. H5 – Create the Bolu Youth Agricultural Training Center, providing training for 200 young people annually. Through these goals, the project will make agriculture more attractive for youth while fostering sustainability, innovation, and employment in rural areas.
