The project aims to provide solutions for young people who face difficulties accessing art due to social, cultural, economic, geographical, or disability-related reasons. Through youth-led, non-formal learning activities, proposals will be developed and presented to decision-makers. The main objectives are to solve access problems, raise awareness, strengthen dialogue with decision-makers, and enhance young people’s democratic participation. Art activities will encourage social engagement while promoting inclusion and mutual respect. The most tangible outcome will be the “Art-Loving Youth Card,” which will include personal information, a photo, the Erasmus+ logo, and KA154-YOU details. Available in both digital and physical formats with QR code and barcode, the card will provide regular free “suspended events” opportunities, increasing youth motivation to participate in art and improving access for disadvantaged young people.
