The project aims to empower young people by strengthening their ecological literacy, well-being, leadership skills, and active citizenship through nature-based and peer-led education. Participants will explore ecosystems, biodiversity, and sustainable lifestyles, while also addressing eco-anxiety through mindfulness, forest bathing, ninchi godai, and expressive ecotherapy (art, music, movement). Leadership and teamwork training will prepare them to become peer educators, designing workshops and action plans that reach peers locally and nationally. The project prioritises young women and youth with fewer opportunities, ensuring inclusion and equal participation. Intercultural exchanges between Türkiye, Ireland, and Slovakia will foster dialogue and solidarity, while digital dissemination (blogs, videos, social media) will extend impact to wider audiences. Results will be sustained through integration into universities, NGOs, and ministries, and validated with Youthpass, Europass etc.
