Sociocracy has arrived in Austria as an effective, integrative organizational method in the field of democracy, in municipalities and communities. Our trainers need specific new skills for this field, skills that go beyond their existing sociocracy expertise. Furthermore, participants in training courses and process facilitation in municipalities and districts are encouraged to learn about best practice examples from other European countries and to network with them.
