Objectives

Through this project, CAN will strengthen its capacity as an inclusive and innovative non-formal adult education provider. It will professionalise staff competences in organizational work and teaching, increase outreach to people with fewer opportunities, introduce teachers to new teaching methods, innovate our learning programmes, reinforce the European dimension and promotion of EU values through sustainable international cooperation, enhancing CAN’s quality within the European Education Area.

Background

CAN is a growing non-formal adult education organisation facing challenges related to inclusive outreach, staff capacity, a regenerative working culture, and the long-term engagement of volunteers. We see a strong need to professionalise project management and funding strategies, while continuously developing innovative and digital teaching practices and strengthening our international network. Erasmus+ mobility programme offers a great opportunity and strategic framework to address these needs.
