We pursue two goals: 1) Methodological fitness for resilience and collaboration for our team of trainers and within our organization: expanding our team's methodological skills in participatory formats. 2) Strengthening democratic skills: training facilitators and networking with European actors to strengthen democratic engagement in Europe.
Pioneers of Change (PoC) is a non-profit association and educational institution with 15 years of experience in adult education, dedicated to promoting social change through education and networking. We train, inspire, and empower people to get involved in their communities (locally, regionally, or nationally). Through this project, we aim to expand our expertise in participatory and inclusive formats and methods as well as in democratic processes.
