The objective is to systematically strengthen the professional, methodological and strategic competences of our staff in the field of arts education. We aim to maintain alignment with current European debates on inclusion, cultural rights and participation, to explore innovative approaches and integrate them into our work. In parallel, we seek to reflect on organisational processes, deepen international cooperation and sustainably enhance the quality of future projects.
As a specialised institute operating at the intersection of arts education, research and practice, suitable professional development opportunities within the national context are limited. At the same time, key topics in arts education, such as inclusion/participation and AI, are evolving rapidly. The project aims to enable continuous European learning processes, ensure professional alignment with current developments, and reduce structural barriers to international staff training.
