Through this project, we aim to strengthen inclusive and democratic adult education practices by advancing participatory governance, arts-based methodologies and institutional learning within our organisation. In addition, we seek to enhance our digital transformation and communication capacities to improve accessibility, outreach and long-term sustainability of our community learning formats.
FemLink applied for this project to strengthen its capacity to deliver inclusive and participatory non-formal adult education for women and FLINTA* individuals, particularly those with migration backgrounds and fewer opportunities. Through targeted European training activities, we aim to professionalise, enhance our educational quality, implementing new innovative community learning formats, and improve digital accessibility, network and visibility within the European adult education field.
