With the project “YouthExperts – Youth Accompanies Educational Projects,” we want to structurally anchor youth participation in the field of education. A diverse group of young people from all over Austria, aged 14 to 22, will not only be actively involved in funding decisions as experts in their own lives, but will also accompany funded educational projects and provide feedback on their project plans. The aim is to strengthen young people's democratic skills, self-efficacy, and social engagement while improving the quality of funded educational projects through the direct perspective of the target group. The project will integrate youth participation even more comprehensively into the foundation's work.
