The project aims to strengthen the skills of rural development actors through European mobility, exchange of practices and peer learning. It seeks to improve the quality of local actions, develop innovative and inclusive methods, foster European cooperation, and support more sustainable, participatory and resilient rural territories in response to current transitions.
The project “Rural Development Skills” offers us the opportunity to learn from other stakeholders working in environments similar to ours. Through mobilities and exchanges of practices, participants will discover inspiring approaches, transfer solutions adapted to their context, and improve the quality of their actions. It is a lever to strengthen skills, foster collective innovation, and build resilient rural territories
