The project aims to strengthen AI literacy among staff and learners, with a focus on inclusion and ethics. Staff learn to use AI critically for differentiation, language support and accessible education. Learners are guided towards conscious and independent AI use. The acquired expertise is translated into concrete teaching practices and embedded in the organisation’s policy.
CVO Qrios aims to make its adult education more inclusive and future-oriented. Our learners are highly diverse, including L2 learners, adults with low literacy skills and learning difficulties. AI offers opportunities for differentiation and inclusion, but expertise is still limited. Through this Erasmus+ project we build international knowledge on ethical and inclusive AI use and embed it in practice and policy.
