With this project, we aim to fully embrace collegial, international, and hands-on learning and professional development by building sustainable international partnerships. We open up intercultural perspectives within lifelong learning for staff and students and work with them to identify opportunities for collaboration. We are a driving force in discovering and strengthening people, teams, teaching practices and talents, and, the entire CVO.
CVO Vitant is VET-accredited. We've noticed that staff and students return from their experience abroad feeling "new". Collaborating internationally with others, making independent decisions, reflecting, and discovering your own strengths, and areas for improvement are vital. With this application, we want to conduct a small-scale pilot program, explore possibilities, foster enthusiasm and motivation within non-vocational programs, and offer people the opportunity for a unique experience.
