We aim to renew our learning and teaching methods and strengthen the professional development of our teachers. Through job-shadowing at a European partner organisation, we observe and integrate innovative pedagogical and artistic practices. In addition, the project focuses on ensemble work and the exchange of cultural expertise, with attention to the role of the arts within the local cultural context. In this way, we strengthen the quality and the international dimension of our organisation.
Podiumacademie Lier aims to strengthen its educational practice and artistic activities within an international context. We aim to innovate our learning and teaching methods and support the professional development of our teachers. The project fits within our ambition to structurally embed internationalisation and quality development.
