No solution for these needs was found in Flanders, hence the international approach. * Provide students with insight into new technologies/other work cultures. Increases their professional skills/employability on the (international) labor market. * Offer A-students an accessible, safe first international experience in which they can strengthen their social and communication skills. * Teach teachers new technologies/didactic approaches * Strengthen internationalization at school
* A study conducted by UCLL clearly showed that our school needs to become more international. * Adapt the labor market orientation of our programs (technologies are evolving very rapidly). * Increase the motivation, self-reliance, self-confidence, and sense of responsibility of students (especially those in A-level programs). After all, international learning experiences have a positive effect on these attitudes. * Keep our teachers up to date in terms of pedagogy, didactics, and technology.
