Objectives

The main objectives of the project are to promote inclusion and diversity within the school, improve family involvement, especially among families with fewer opportunities, and exchange good practices with a European partner school. Through student group mobility and teacher job shadowing, the project aims to develop inclusive methodologies, strengthen equal opportunities and enhance students’ and teachers’ social, linguistic and intercultural competences.

Background

We apply for this Erasmus+ project to improve inclusion and equal opportunities for students with fewer socio-educational opportunities, as well as to strengthen their (family's) involvement in school life. Our school works with a diverse student population and seeks to learn from good practices. Cooperation with a Spanish school experienced in cross-curricular education and an inclusive school radio will allow us to observe effective strategies and adapt them to our school context.
