This project aims to provide 24 young people from Brussels and Reunion Island (aged 13-17) with a transformative non-formal education experience, where they become the co-creators of a comparative documentary on social engagement and educational realities in their respective territories. From the perspective of our youth work practice, the objectives are to develop the autonomy and critical thinking of the young people by placing them in the role of investigators and filmmakers on societal issues. To strengthen their capacity to act (empowerment) and their collective confidence through the successful completion of an ambitious artistic project in an intercultural team. Finally, to turn them into messengers of values by equipping them to share their experience and become ambassadors of an active, critical, solidary, and inclusive European citizenship (the CRACS approach) among their peers.
