The project aims to strengthen the quality, inclusiveness and sustainability of youth work by reinforcing European cooperation among organisations active in inclusion, accessibility, sport and environmental sustainability within the VI network. The specific objectives of the project are to: - strengthen and expand the VI European network through trust-based and long-term partnerships, while attracting new organisations interested in inclusive and accessible youth work; - increase the capacity and confidence of youth workers and organisations to involve VIP youth workers, VIP young people and VIP volunteers in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects; - improve the quality of cooperation and project development among partner organisations by promoting inclusive, accessible and environmentally responsible approaches; - create structured opportunities to reflect on, review and learn from recently implemented Erasmus+ and ESC projects, in order to improve future practices; - support the gradual integration of new partners into the VI network through targeted partnership-building activities; - contribute to the professional development of youth workers and the exchange of good practices at European level. Through partnership-building and peer learning activities, the project will benefit participating youth workers and organisations and, indirectly, the young people they work with across Europe.
