The project brings together 2 organizations and 1 network from partner countries to carry out a project addressing youth inactivity by promoting gamification to their youth work, a growing issue among young people. To address the need, we plan to implement a professional development activity/training course for the youth workers, equip them with the relevant competencies, and run a dissemination campaign after the residential meeting. While youth work has enormous potential to improve the lives of young people, we believe that integrating gamification elements into programs will positively impact the number of young people enjoying youth projects. The need to empower youth workers to become gamified is more than ever. Enhancing digital and creativity competencies and creating the tools for/among youth workers and young people can hugely contribute to the attractiveness of youth work for young people. The project aims to promote gamification in the youth work of participating youth organizations to raise the impact of their work. To reach the aim, we set the following objectives: Objectives: 1. To enhance the competencies of 18 youth workers from 3 countries in running game-based learning activities. with the peer education elements. 2. To promote game-based learning as a tool for innovative NFE methods among the wider stakeholders via a dissemination campaign 3. To develop game based learning tool with the 4 activities on various topics that are relevant to the partnering organisations. 4. To promote Erasmus+, EU values, and interculturality among the participants and beyond 5 .To empower partnering organisations and their members/fellow youth workers via follow-up actions and peer education. 6. To explore and exchange the various game-based learning experiences among the participants.
