The project, spanning 18 months (June 2026 – November 2027), aims to design a pedagogical Escape Room focused on the importance of democracy and the risks posed by misinformation. This tool will be co-created collaboratively by young people to encourage their engagement, responsibility, and ownership of the project. Its objectives are to raise awareness of media literacy and the threats misinformation poses to democratic systems. At the same time, the project will help young participants develop organizational, civic, and critical thinking skills. Finally, the project seeks to equip the young organizers with the digital and pedagogical skills needed to create a playful, accessible, and reliable tool capable of reaching a wide audience while provoking reflection and raising awareness about these pressing issues.
