The primary objective of the "Peerspire" project is to break down the invisible barriers (lack of experience, language barriers, lack of networking) faced by young people who want to be part of the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI) but experience inequality of opportunity, and to introduce an innovative, "Fail-Friendly" methodology to the field of youth work. From a youth work practice perspective, our project has four concrete objectives: 1. Inclusion Objective: Levelling the Playing Field with "Talent Diplomacy" We aim to eliminate the distinction between "schooled" and "unschooled" youth, which is often seen in youth work. Objective: To foster social cohesion by bringing together young people with "street smarts" outside formal education (NEET) and academically educated young people (Mixed Groups) at the same production table. Output: To ensure that young people with limited opportunities, who make up 55% of participants, feel "complementary" rather than "deficient" and to increase their social capital (networking). 2. Digital Youth Project Goal: "Using Technology as an Equaliser" We want to use digitalisation not just as a tool, but as a "social justice mechanism". Objective: To remove foreign language or technical equipment deficiencies as barriers. By teaching young people AI-based translation and production tools (AI Tools), we aim to enable them to make their voices heard on the international stage. Output: Young people transitioning from being consumers to producers (prosumers) and providing digital mentorship to their peers using the "Peerspire Digital Toolkit" (44 videos). 3. Pedagogical Goal: Transforming the "Culture of Failure" We aim to use the flexible power of non-formal education against the "perfectionist" pressure of the traditional education system. Objective: To overcome young people's "fear of failure" and increase their entrepreneurial courage (risk-taking). Using methods such as "Fail Night" and "Pop-Up Critique," we aim to help them view criticism not as a personal attack but as a tool for growth (growth mindset). Output: Increased emotional resilience among young people. 4. Employment and Competence Goal: "Transition from Hobby to Professionalism" We aim to transform youth work from merely a "leisure activity" into a bridge to employment. Objective: To enable young people to transform their raw talents into a professional portfolio in line with the standards of the European Creative Hubs Network (ECHN) and EDN. Output: Acquisition of the 8 Youthpass Key Competences (particularly Entrepreneurship and Digital) and access to concrete job/project opportunities in the local or international market after the project.
