With Youth.Lab, we aim to make youth participation a concrete, ongoing, and accessible practice, not a one-off experience tied to single events. In two very different contexts the project aims to build and consolidate a participatory ecosystem where young people can easily enter, and see how their voices can be transformed into proposals, dialogue, and real action. Specifically the objectives are: • Establish a Youth Lab in each locality with defined roles, facilitation processes, and transparent connections with organizational decision-making processes and local participation channels. • Develop youth participation skills through non-formal learning and practice • Enable youth-led identification of needs and priorities using participatory methods • Implement youth-led micro-actions and community initiatives • Organize structured dialogue sessions with decision-makers and stakeholders • Strengthen organizational capacity to integrate meaningful participation, inclusion, and advocacy
