The main objective is to create a structured development pathway for ValueMe facilitators, combining job-shadowing, courses and mentoring. The project will improve the quality of our training, strengthen digital and facilitation competences, and increase our capacity for international cooperation.
ValueMe is applying to strengthen its capacity as a provider of professional development for adult educators, teachers and facilitators. We see a strong need for structured methodologies, digital solutions and wellbeing support. Through international mobilities, we aim to learn from proven European practices and integrate them sustainably into our training programmes.
