Through the implementation of the project, the West region aims to increase the capacity of the municipal administration to implement sustainable local environmental policies, improve the ways for active and inclusive participation of senior citizens, and develop the internal expert and digital potential of employees. The project will support the introduction of more systematic and effective work models based on good European practices.
The West Region is applying for this project in order to build on the environmental initiatives achieved so far and move towards a more systematic and sustainable working model. The project responds to the need to increase the capacity of the municipal administration to implement effective environmental policies, actively engage senior citizens and use good European practices in daily work.
