They cascade to 15 colleagues via 6 workshops (Months 4-12), targeting 75% adoption of tools like ChatGPT and Gamma. Pilot with 150 high-priority learners aims to raise engagement from 42% toward 65% by late 2027. Embed in revised "Digital Andragogy Handbook" (850 learners) follow-up training.
Internal assessments (Nov 2025) revealed 72% of our 21 trainers lack AI andragogy skills despite serving 850 learners (22% Roma). Bulgaria's DESI 2024 shows only 35.5% basic digital skills, creating a 20.1% gap vs. EU average. Without EU-level training, our rural and Roma learners face permanent labor market exclusion. Local training is theoretical; Erasmus+ accesses Pixie Academy’s proven AI frameworks for inclusive education, bridging the digital divide in the EU's poorest region.
