Objectives

By April 2027, 6 trainers (27% of 22 staff) complete inclusive digital andragogy courses in Turkey, progressing DigComp A2->B1, Europass certified. They train 16 colleagues via 6 workshops (Months 4-9), targeting 80% adoption of tools like ChatGPT and Canva by Month 12. Pilot digital employability training with 280 learners, targeting completion increase from 68% to 82% and employment from 34% to 50% by Oct 2027. Embed in updated trainer handbook with €1,200 annual sustainability budget.

Background

Internal review (Nov 2025) shows 72% of our 22 trainers lack inclusive digital andragogy despite serving 280 annual learners (35% Roma, 52% unemployed). Bulgaria's Digital Decade Report 2024 shows only 35.5% of adults have basic digital skills, significantly trailing the EU average of 55.6%. Without intervention, course completion stalls at 68% and unemployment persists, limiting social inclusion. Local training lacks trauma-informed expertise; Erasmus+ provides access to Turkish best practices.
