By implementing this project, we aim to strengthen Muzeiko’s organisational capacity to design and deliver high-quality, inclusive educational programmes for adult audiences. We seek to equip our staff with specific competences in adult learning, introduce innovative and participatory science engagement formats, and establish a sustainable programme line “Science for Adults” that expands our audience and reinforces our role as a lifelong learning institution.
Muzeiko is facing a strategic need to expand its activities towards adult audiences and to develop sustainable and inclusive models for lifelong learning.Despite our well-established experience in working with children,we currently lack a structured programme line for adults and specific competences in the field of adult education.This project provides us with the opportunity,through European exchange of good practices,to strengthen our organisat. capacity and to introduce innovative formats.
