The project aims to train 6 educators in AI literacy, digital safety and financial education methodologies, and to develop two structured adult learning programmes. We aim to introduce clear learning outcomes, evaluation tools and sustainable adult education practices within our organisation. The project will strengthen inclusion of adults 50+, low-income adults and adults with disabilities in structured learning opportunities.
Health Growth applied for this project to strengthen its capacity in structured adult education. Our 2025 internal assessment showed that many adults aged 50+ in Sofia region lack confidence in digital services, AI awareness and financial protection. While we already work with vulnerable adults, our activities are mainly informal. This project allows us to develop professional, structured adult education programmes aligned with European priorities.
