Objectives

The project aims to strengthen institutional capacity to deliver AI-informed financial resilience education for adults facing economic vulnerability. Through targeted staff training, it seeks to develop structured methodologies addressing labour market transformation, digital financial risks and income instability. The objective is to establish a sustainable learning model that enhances economic adaptability, digital confidence and long-term financial decision-making among adults aged 30–60.

Background

The project was initiated in response to increasing economic uncertainty among adults aged 30–60 in the Burgas region, particularly those affected by digitalisation and AI-driven labour market transformation. Growing exposure to financial instability and digital risks highlighted the need to strengthen institutional capacity in AI-informed financial education. The application was submitted to address existing competence gaps within the organisation and to develop structured framework.
