The project aims to strengthen staff competence in evidence-based burnout prevention, design and pilot a structured “Caregiver Resilience and Burnout Prevention” modular programme, and institutionalise a data-driven monitoring system. It seeks to transform informal support activities into a structured, measurable adult education framework ensuring long-term sustainability and quality assurance.
The project was initiated in response to increasing burnout and chronic stress among adults in rural communities who combine employment with informal caregiving responsibilities. Limited access to structured psychosocial support and lack of evidence-based methodologies within the organisation restrict effective intervention. The application aims to strengthen institutional capacity and develop a structured, measurable resilience education model adapted to the caregiving generation.
