We aim to strengthen staff competences in collective stress facilitation, develop and pilot a modular emotional resilience programme for adults, and institutionalise a structured quality monitoring system. The project seeks to enhance adults’ emotional regulation and conflict navigation skills while embedding measurable and sustainable resilience education within our organisation’s regular practice.
We applied for this project in response to increasing emotional strain, social polarisation and collective stress affecting adults in our community. Midlife adults face economic pressure, caregiving responsibilities and constant exposure to uncertainty, yet structured resilience education is lacking. The organisation identified the need to professionalise its approach and move from informal well-being activities to a structured, evidence-based adult learning model.
