The project aims to strengthen the capacity of the training team for inclusive and structured adult education, develop learners’ skills in digital resilience and attention management, and establish an internal framework for the systematic implementation and evaluation of European practices. This will create a sustainable model for accessible, high-quality learning for adults with fewer which strengthens organisational capacity and ensures long-term impact on the learning environment.
BOC is applying for this project in response to identified organisational and educational needs related to low concentration, digital overload, and limited access to international experience among adult learners from vulnerable groups. Practice has shown the need for more structured methods, inclusive approaches, and stronger digital resilience. The project is a strategic step to strengthen team capacity and directly involve learners in a European learning environment.
