The project aims to improve the quality of adult education by strengthening trainers’ skills, exchanging European practices, and applying more practical and motivating learning approaches. Through training activities and observation of international practices, it will support more effective work with low-qualified adults and the sustainable integration of new methods into the organisation’s activities.
Association “For a Better Future” is applying in order to improve the quality of adult education by strengthening its expert capacity through exchange of experience with European organisations, participation in training activities, and observation of professional practices.
